I’m excited to be a part of your fitness journey. To get you going please fill and submit the form below. You will also find links below in the ‘Training How-To Guide’ to helpful information about how to sign up for trainings, access trainings, and make payments for trainings.

There is some typing to be done and you may want to use a computer for this.

Training How-To Guide:

 

Schedule.

Go to the sign up page. Select the training options you are interested in and submit the form.

For classes, please sign up 24 hours in advance to allow time for me to add you to the class list. To sign up for a class less than 24 hours in advance, please call me (contact information). You will receive a confirmation email that you have been added to the schedule within 48 hours of your sign up request.

For individual training, I will contact you within 48 hours at the email address or phone number you provided to schedule your session.

Access.

Make sure you have Zoom set up on your device (computer, tablet, or phone).

Test out your setup prior to your first session. Make sure you know how to get into speaker view, how to turn your mic and video on and off, and use the chat. Have a look at your space and work out where you are going to be training and where you are going to put the device. My best advice is to have the camera waist height at a distance that allows the length of a yoga mat to be seen. You may have to tip the camera up or down slightly during class, but in general this should allow for minimal adjustments during the session.

You will receive an email with an invitation and zoom link by 8pm the day before your class or individual session. If you do not receive this, please call or text me (contact information).

Payments.

You will receive a second email by 8pm the day before your class, with an invoice delivered via Square Up. Please follow the links in this email to pay for your training. Please complete the payment prior to your session or class.
