Exercises are selected from a variety of disciplines and adapted to provide you with the appropriate challenge to help you progress.
Movement analysis based on over a decade of studying movement and the human body allows for the identification of subtle movement dysfunctions which can have a profound effect on achieving your movement goals.
Feedback and movement education to help you understand what healthy movement is in your body and how to find it throughout your activities.
Build a personal exercise library over the course of your training. After each session receive a video excerpt of the most effective or influential sequence to guide you through continuing to build those skills between sessions.

Sada is the trainer, owner, and operator of Chalk Move Well. All of your needs from training, to scheduling, to billing are handled personally by Sada through Zoom sessions, email, phone calls, and text messages. Personal service is part of the brand.
Sada Chalk has spent years training in a variety of movement and exercise techniques, studying anatomy, and investigating how movement practices can benefit everyday activities as well as performance sports and athletics. This diverse background allows for the creation of a unique program that pulls from a variety of movement disciplines to create a balanced, effective movement training program that gets you to your goals.
Programs are developed based on individual conversations in which you identify your goals, your challenges, what equipment you have access to, and your training style preferences. From there we can determine which disciplines and training strategies will be most effective in your unique situation. Training lessons occur through Zoom at a frequency ranging from once a month to multiple times a week depending on how much support you would like and how quickly you would like to training program to evolve. Your program is easily adjustable as your needs change.

How does it work?
Click the link below to fill out the new client enrollment. This will give me an overview of what your goals are and allow us to get to work more quickly.
I will contact you as soon as I receive your request, to schedule your first appointment via Zoom.
In the first session we will spend approximately 10-15 minutes discussing your goals and performing assessments to help in the creation of a truly personalized program.
We will determine a session frequency based on your needs and progress your program as we go.
After each session you will receive a link to a personal exercise sequence from that session that was particularly effective or important for helping you reach your goal. Sequences vary from 5 - 15 minutes long. These videos don’t expire as long as you are actively involved in taking classes or private sessions with Chalk Move Well, so you can build an entire library of personalized video exercises!
