Cat Pulling It's Tail is a tough yin yoga pose, but if you approach it slowly and cautiously it can help create length in the front body, making it easier to stand a little taller in a world full of sitting.
As always, let your body guide you, if it causes any pain back off and stick with just the rotation until your body is ready for the full exercise. This video includes some general explanations and modifications, before moving into an 8 minute yin yoga style practice which includes spinal rotation, cat pulling it's tail, child pose, and rest.
