We all have goals. Sometimes we just need the opportunity to work towards them, and sometimes we need a little more guidance to help get there. Which ever place you find yourself in, Chalk Move Well has options to meet you where you are and get you where you want to be.

Classes are great if you are motivated and just need to make a commitment to keep yourself accountable.

Private training is ideal for those who have some obstacles they need to address, or those who want to reach their goals fast through a more intense training program.

Live or On Demand.

No one movement discipline gets it all right. Instead of offering classes based on discipline, Chalk Move Well has organized classes based on the intention of the session. These classes integrate multiple training disciplines including Pilates, MELT Method, yoga, and general strength and conditioning exercises. Check out the schedule to see which class best meets your needs!

Classes are kept small, up to 10 people per session, in order to make sure that you are able to receive feedback and modifications during the live classes.

Private Training.

Get personalized training to perfect your Moves.

Private training programs meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be. Sada utilizes over a decade of movement training experience to identify sources of movement dysfunction and to build a customized program focused on helping you achieve your goals.

Training programs vary in intensity based on your goals. All appropriate movement disciplines, including Pilates, yoga, MELT Method, and general strength and conditioning can be utilized according to your preferences.
